The two Nottingham residents, known as the ‘Atos Two’, arrested during a protest outside Atos Healthcare in September 2011, have had all charges against them dropped.

Both had been charged with aggravated trespass following a peaceful protest outside Atos Healthcare medical assessment offices in Nottingham – see previous news stories. The case against the two had been due to heard in February 2012 but has been discontinued by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and Atos Healthcare.
